Official: AvtoVAZ plans to raise Lada car price by 1.5% on Oct 18

MOSCOW, Oct 13 (PRIME) -- AvtoVAZ plans to raise the price for Lada cars from October 18 by 1.5% on average, an official of the association Russian Automobile Dealers told PRIME on Wednesday.

"As far as we know, the car dealers have received an announcement of a price rise. By 1.5% on average," the official said.

The car producer has raised prices five times since the start of 2021.

According to the current price list, the minimal price of a Lada Granta is 551,000 rubles, of Vesta is 784,000 rubles, of Largus 769,000 rubles, of Xray 762,000 rubles, of Niva Legend 650,000 rubles, of Niva Travel 821,000 rubles.
